  1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check In at 4PM and Check Out at 10 AM, Let us know if you would like an exception.
  2. Is parking available on-site, and is there a fee?
    There is a spot for one vehicle designated foer each suite but there usuially is ample overflow parking across the street. Its first come first serve there.
  3. Are the accommodations pet-friendly?
    Yes, but the pet must be under control at all times and under 30 lbs. We have a very friendly "Woodle" who will come and socialize.
  4. Can I book the yacht, suites, and other amenities separately?
    The yacht and our 24 ft Sea Ray aerw availble for day charters. Please ask us for more 
    information.
  5. Are there any restrictions on using the kayaks, paddleboards, and other water equipment?
    We ask that all kids (under 12) be supervised at all times when using the equipment. Please be aware of other boats and the weather. Do not go out after dark without prior arrangements.
  6. Do I need a license for fishing and using the crab/prawn traps?
    Yes you do. 
  7. What are the rules using the hot tub, aerial silk swing, saundola and zipline?
    No food in the hottub or saundola, one at at time on zipline and silks. Please supervise kids undder 12.
  8. Are there any quiet hours or noise policies at Mystic Cove?
    Quiet time is after 10 Pm and before 9 AM
  9. Can the dock and barbecue/fireplace area be reserved for private use?
    Its for all the guests staying at our property. 
  10. Is Wi-Fi available in all areas of Mystic Cove, including the yacht?
    Yes there is.
  11. Are there any additional fees for using the amenities like the sauna, hot tub, or water sports equipment?
    Everything is included except day charters on the boats.
  12. What is the maximum capacity for the yacht and each suite?
    The yacht is 4 for overnight stays and 10 for day charters. the one bedroom is 4 and the 2 bedroom is 5.

  14. What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
    Full refund within 1 week of arrival.
  15. Are there any nearby attractions or dining options within walking distance?
    Many, please see the local attractions page.
  16. Is Mystic Cove accessible for guests with mobility issues?
    We have a very steep driveway and many flights of stairs down top the suites and dock. Please be aware of your abilities when booking.
  17. What are the guidelines for using the barbecue and fireplace?
    First come, first serve. Please clean up completly when finished.
  18. Can I host an event or gathering at Mystic Cove?
    No, we only allow registered guests on the property and that is limited to the capacity of each suite.

  19. Are children welcome at Mystic Cove, and are there any age restrictions for certain amenities?
    The yacht is not setup for guests under 12. All other am,enities require supervision under 12 years of age.
